1. Brief us about ABS India journey of rich experience – origin, inception, early issues, success stories, and major milestones, to name a few.
ABS India is an ace systems integrator providing enterprise communication solutions (voice, data, wifi, applications & cloud services) consultancy, design, and implementation services for large, medium and small enterprises, that helps organizations to experience IP and Convergence. ABS India enables organizations & manages the most complex communications networks connecting global locations. Today ABS India is a preferred business partner with leading OEMs.
ABS India was formed in year 2002 by Mr. Sunil Arora. He formed ABS India Pvt Ltd by taking over a French MNC operation in India & business across India, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka & Bhutan. Revenue generation and profitability were the two biggest challenges at that point of time. The immediate aim was to live up to the expectations for the existing customers, channels & continue to grow business with profitability
Since the inception, our organization grew into an iconic importance of catering to most of the verticals including, Transportation, Metros, Defense, Government, Airports, Utilities, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Bio & Pharma, BFI, Education & Corporate.
Organization not only provides enterprise communication solutions but also implements and maintains the end users. Based out of Bangalore with regional & branch offices across India, it has more than 35 service locations across the country. Besides India, it operates in neighboring countries like Maldives, Bangladesh & Nepal. With the customer satisfaction index at the highest, ABS India is one of the very few system integrators that focus on service deliveries and excellent support system.

Mr. Sunil Arora. He is Chairman & Managing Director, who is taking ABS India to the next level. He believes in creating leaders and enable them to dive the organization in the strategic direction. Mr. Sunil Arora is a well-known name among enterprise communication solutions segment and has many credits to his success. He has been recognized as one of the successful businessman who has ensured continuous business success to the organization since inception.

5. What is the present scenario of the Telecom industry? How are you contributing to making it better?
The current COVID 19 situation is pretty serious and has impacted all the businesses in India and world over. Telecom industry in no exception. However, we are beginning to see the unlocking process. Business is slowly picking up with infrastructure and Govt sectors investing in growth. Slowly the services segment is unlocking itself and we hope other will follow soon.
Our focus is on business continuity and connectivity. Transportation, Govt, Installed base are our current focus areas and we are getting extremely satisfying responses. Customer delivery continues to be our other focus area that helps to be in touch with customers on a continual basis.
6. What are the marketing strategies adopted by the ABS India?
In the current situation, our marketing clearly focuses on brand building, campaigns on business continuity, opportunity generation and installed base campaigns.
7. How do you portray the future of ABS India in the next decade?
ABS India is here for a long haul. With business expansion across India & Neighboring counties, we are posed to grow and gain business across all the segments. With Govt’s spend on infrastructure segment and with the virtue of our impeccable presence we plan to take business to the next level. Overseas infrastructure and metro business is our another area of focus and we have begun to acquire overseas business in the said domain. We want to be a leader among system integration domain for solutions and services.
8. With respect to your distinctive products and services, how have you helped bring positive developments in the industry?
We are extremely proud of our association with customers and take pride in adding value to them. With excellent and huge footprints among most of the business segments, we are a well-accepted service provider. Today it is a matter of pride for us that we have association with 9 out of 11 operational metros in India. Our solutions help in continued connectivity & critical aspects of communication. We are happy to provide business connectivity to our customers. We are passionate about this contribution to establish un interrupted communication be it voice , data or converged solutions.
9. How is the advancement in technology changing the space?
One constant thing about technology is change. With advancements & need based business scenarios the changes are rapid. The dependency on hardware will pave way to huge dependency on software. Products will change into solutions. Cloud and virtual services are the next waves every organization will embrace.
10. ABS India strategy on Transportation Vertical related Infrastructure Projects.
ABS India has its impeccable presence across operational and upcoming Metros in country, Airport and Dedicated Freight Corridors. We provide Voice Telephony, CDRS and Backbone Data networking for such large projects based on Alcatel – Lucent Enterprise, NICE and Nokia product portfolio and add them with more than a decade experience of Project Management, Design, Installation, Commissioning, Acceptance and warranty support. We have provided telecom communication solution to majority of Metros in India. We are happy to serve one of the largest airports of the world that belongs to India. Providing telephony connectivity to dedicated freight corridor (Eastern) of India is a matter of pride for us.
To add to our credit, we have provided telephony connectivity to Metro in Bangladesh and are going strong for other international metro projects. We jointly work with major System Integrators of the world when it comes to metro & transportation environment.
