Almost 70% of the patents filed in India are by foreign nationals or companies. Automobile industry is saved big time as Tesla Inc. declared all its patents will be free. Most of the multinational companies in India are headed by traders, who are focused towards expanding and diversifying, which is adding value in their main business. As per the leadership of Brainiac IP Solutions, product companies should be led by technocrats or entrepreneurs passionate towards their purposes, such as Steve Jobs, Elan Mask, Bill Gates and not traders. With such leadership, any company can become technology leaders globally.
Advice for Upcoming Entrepreneurs
While guiding tomorrow’s leaders Mr. Sabale says, “Ethics is must. You should understand there are no shortcuts for success, and give and take is what business is all about. If you are not good in giving, you will never be good in getting for extended period of time. If you practices respect, empathy and gratitude, there is no need to teach ethics. You already have it. This also should be learned by the MNCs if they really want to create a health ecosystem for budding entrepreneurs.
“Entrepreneurship is about taking responsibility and not leaving a job for pride and money. You’ll have to be prepared for it. Entrepreneurship is a responsibility and not a freedom”, he concludes.
