About Louise Heatley
Moving to Dubai in 1996, I joined the acclaimed and well-recognized Emirates Airlines and quickly achieved the position of Purser at the age of 26. Efficient team leadership, customer service and satisfaction have always remained a priority in my business approach and delivery. As a long-term resident of Dubai, I have witnessed first-hand the growth of the city and the introduction of freehold sales into the property market in 2002.
As a seasoned investor and overseas property landlord and developer, my passion for property management was realized through my establishment of Exclusive Real Estate in 2005. As Managing Director, I led the company through an industry merger in 2011 and was instrumental in establishing Exclusive Links Real Estate as one of the UAE’s leading Real Estate brokerage firms. In 2018 and 2020 Exclusive Links received recognition and rewards in Best Brokerage Services in Dubai by Property Finder, the UAE’s largest property portal.
As a joint owner, it remains my goal to continue to grow Exclusive Links with a strong and loyal team that delivers exemplary service and performance. I work tirelessly to develop and enhance the business to retain the company’s profile and reputation as one of the industry’s main competitors. As a respected voice, I often contribute to online media and I share my experience and expertise through our podcast series that I host monthly, Property Talk from Louise’s Lounge. I am regularly seen gracing the covers of the Prestige Property magazine as I am recognized as one of Dubai’s property leading ladies and respected real estate company owners.
