As a proud Indian, I write this with a heart full of respect and pride. Operation Sindoor is not just the name of a military mission. It is a symbol of the spirit, sacrifice, and strength of our Indian armed forces. It reminds us of the brave hearts who protect our land, our families, and our future, often at great personal risk.
We proudly salute our Armed Forces — the men and women who stand guard at our borders, work in the toughest places, and are always ready to serve the nation. Whether it is day or night, rain or shine, they stand tall so that we can live safely. Their commitment, discipline, and courage make every Indian proud.
We also offer our deepest thanks to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his strong and clear leadership. His efforts to strengthen India’s defense system and his respect for our armed forces have played an important role in keeping our country safe and respected around the world.
In addition, we recognize the hard work of Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, whose efforts ensure that our armed forces are always prepared, well-equipped, and supported. His focus on improving defense systems and taking care of soldiers and their families has made a big difference.
The name Operation Sindoor carries deep meaning. The Sindoor — the red powder worn by married women in India which stands for love, commitment, and sacrifice. Similarly, our soldiers show love and commitment to the country, sacrificing their comforts and sometimes even their lives so that India stays strong and united.
