Q. Brief us about the CEO/Founder of the company.

Such qualities are acquired by Gaurav Sharma, Founder & CEO of 3 Elements Events. He holds vast technical as well as practical knowledge, which helped in sustaining the company’s name in the arena. While his strong desire of creating a platform has aided enterprises to address their events without being affected to external factors. Gaurav’s hard work and resilient determination led him to understand the needs of an independent enterprise that does not compromise with events and the aviation industry. Prior to ‘3 Elements Events’, being an amateur in the business sector, event management has made him strived but eventually, he succeeded to put a mark in the event industry. With experience as an artist manager, he believes, creativity as a basic constraint for any presentation. He also prefers the implementation of latest technologies in order to provide better experiences to the clients.
Q. Please tell us about your company. What are the services that your company offers?
3 elements events is the company having vast experience in all types of events & specially in corporate events, the formation of company planned in second half of 2010 but it came into existence in the year 2011, the basic aim of the company was to provide superior service to clients ie. major event agencies of India, basically that is what clients were looking for and it was need of time as there was scarcity of good service provider in Rajasthan, started & based in jaipur the company now take & executes pan India projects with cent percent clients satisfaction and some clients titled us as master of corporate events, our basic need was to provide the overall service and quality services available in metro cities and with the pace of time we succeeded in what we planned, at initial level we faced some challenges for getting work, as we were new in the market but we knew that we will deliver the best but the client cannot assume till giving us any project, but gradually by expertise teamwork, client started to believe us and we started to work and that was a time we started to get mouth publicity by the client himself and we started to get famous, soon we started working for the best agencies of India and still the flow is continuous, as per our track record the client once get associated with us than that association converts to lifetime business relation.

We have done several huge events successfully, we have done r&r meets, concerts, huge conferences, one of the challenging event we took a huge conference of a renowned pharmaceutical company , it was a event that we are really proud of till now, coz the challenges were all time high than when you overcome those challenges you feel proud, the challenge was that the conference dates were clashing the high peak auspicious dates of weddings, generally things don’t get easily available and the price also all time high at that particular time, but with our reputation in the market everyone stood besides us and provided everything on time on which it was committed and at the rates we do corporate in, no delay was there in the delivery of services, we managed the event so flawlessly that the core management gave a standing ovation to our team, it was a moment of immense happiness for 3 elements events. When we come to our part of revenue growth of our company step by step its increasing and it will increase as we are a growing company same like our nation is growing, the day we started and the day we compare now is we are standing at a very good position, we are making our clients happy and so are our clients make us happy, we are a well known company in the industry so we get benefit of it, so we are developing company so is our nation and we will keep on growing with the same rule of superior service delivery
Q. What is your take on the current scenario of ‘Event Management’? What steps are you taking to make it better?
Taking current condition of event management industry its going in big loss due to covid-19 virus but we are hoping for the best in future, we can say that it is going to be on high lines on the rising chart towards great heights, industry was booming and upgrading rapidly, this was a good sign for the industry, people are still more interested and tending towards event management professionals as well services, though the technology used in the industry is also upgrading, India is also becoming a great market for vast events, a lot of NRI weddings and events are taking place in the country and the stats are increasing day by day, I see a lot of opportunities in the upcoming time period, it is the only industry which has the highest growth rate right now, opportunities are limitless its all about how you prove it out there, so as per the current position the things are going smoothly and the lined up future is also amazing.

True fact it is that we do have a young & vibrant team of dynamic professionals which are masters in their segment whether it is production manager, artist manager, manpower manager, designer etc. everyone do their task with full dedication which is the main reason behind our success, a good team is just like a strong backbone of the company, all the team stays motivated because they choose this field due to high level dedication in it, for special fun & freshen we keep incentives & off sites for overall staff of the company, the work culture is amazing everyone enjoys the work and execute their task and given work flawlessly.

Our master team is the reason behind the success, we have such a strong team that we can take a mammoth event and can do it successfully, each individual is specialized in his/her talent and accordingly assigned the designation, we have a team of client servicing who assist and always be in touch with the clients and provide working summary to operations team, we have a hardcore operation team which always stay awake and do huge productions of stage and overall setup for an event, than we have executives who manage manpower and small heads in an event, we have logistic specialists who look forward for the hospitality and transfer of guests, we are located at Jaipur & have branch in Delhi, we undertake and execute pan India projects and international projects as well, we have a free work culture each and every one is equally important member of our family, its overall a non biased working culture in our company everyone is happy doing assigned job and they do the best in it, its basically a happy 3 elements events family.
