He is an internationally recognized poet, Author of hot selling e-book titled Public Speaking a Step to be rich, an award-winning Entrepreneur and Motivational speaker.
Programmes offered by BeTheGuide:
1) Motivational Coaching Programme: We aim to create Motivational Speakers across India as of now, and provide platforms for recognition, visibility and earning through our partnerships with various schools, colleges, and organization.
2) Professional Trainer Programme: We believe Soft skills Training is a sustainable business as it is the need of the hour during this crisis where our skills will be the top priority for every organization across the world, and many job opportunities will be opened. Mr. Santosh has been the driving force behind the academy. Speaking on advising the young clad, he said, “All the professionals must start being an entrepreneur at least after 10 years of their work in various companies. 10 years are more than enough to understand how a company functions. They must embrace the path of Motivational Coaching as this is the ultimate career, wherever you are working now, at the end of the day you will be a Motivational coach, public speaker or a Motivational Speaker. After 40 years in work, you will resign and you will start a business by that time half of your age is gone. Let’s not waste our time but constantly work on building our own company and create jobs, India needs it. For entrepreneurs think how your products or services can help the Society while generating profits. The key strategy to make your service/product work is to fine tune your services rather than closing the business completely. Even now and during any other crisis continuously fine tune your services.
