Vineet started 30 years ago in the electrical engg field with Voltas and there after ABB. He then moved on to Consumer goods industry as head of sales & marketing in various co.’s like Pidilite, Cavinkare, Beiersdorf, Usha International for next 23 years.
He described himself as a practical strategist. One word which describes us is, “Negantropy”, which means, bringing things to order, it’s the opposite of entropy. Vineet started this consulting company in 2013, for advising on sales and marketing as he found a big gap in operational strategy, i.e. how he got things done successfully. He has worked from last 7 years with over 50 co’s on 75+ projects successfully and done multiple projects for each of their clients. 90% of their recommendations are accepted and close to 70- 75% of them are getting implemented.
