Q. Being a successful business leader, what difficulties and challenges do you face? What keeps you motivated?
Darya’s main motivation is her deep passion for education and technology that shaped her vision to influence the change and help transform education.
Darya is sharing her story where she didn’t have a privilege for quality education and her global mission to support and promote educational opportunities for other kids. Her passion attracts other people who join CleverBooks team. There is no straight path to achieve an ambitious goal, Darya engages creativity and supports creative decisions of others that make one more step towards the global mission: company employees, supporters, ambassadors, customers and advisers. You can engage others only if you have the belief and passion about what you do.
Q. Brief us about the CEO/Founder of the company.
Dr. Darya Yegorina is a TEDx top global thought leader who influences Digital Transformation in the Education system. She inspires new generation from early childhood to develop necessary skills to help them survive the digital era through a strategic use of EdTech, thus shaping a sustainable future society and influencing future economic growth. Education is the key creative force to deal with the problems that humanity faces.

Q. What are the different products and services offered by Company?
CleverBooks was born out of a deep passion for the education and technology of an inspiring leader, TEDx speaker, and the founder of the company – Dr. Darya Yegorina. She truly believes that each individual is in charge of changing the way we educate our kids.
The company provides an award-winning Digital collaborative learning space “Augmented Classroom (www.augmented-classroom.com)” for K-12 STEM education where students simultaneously can explore, create and collaborate with assigned activities in the multilingual augmented environment.
Augmented Classroom (ARC) by CleverBooks provides educators with digital resources to get their students engaged and excited about the curriculum they are teaching, as well as empowering students to design and create their content.

Q. What is your opinion regarding the current landscape of the market your company caters to?
Today the future of the human kind is sitting at the desk at school and getting educated. It’s ups to us what they learn and how they learn it so they are equipped to fit the future workforce.
The educational landscape is changing and the change is forced by technological progress. Due to the fact that digital competence gains its importance school curriculums are changing across Europe however the change is not consistent and appears at national level. In the digital world, educators are under tremendous pressure of equipping children with skills necessary for the unknown future workforce.
CleverBooks’ mission is to make sure our solution is not just a product, but a strategic innovation that creates an infrastructure to supports digital education in Europe and beyond helping students develop basic digital skills and competences from an early age. We envisioned a world where educators are empowered to help kids to develop necessary skills through the strategic use of technology. The skills differentiate humans from machines in the digitized era. A world in which each educator gives a student a ticket to success by making it possible for them to see, hear and touch the knowledge, thus, shaping the society of the future and influencing future economic development.
Q. How do you motivate your team to be innovative and productive at work?
One of the most important aspects in motivating team is to make sure they share the same vision and have a deep passion for that they do. You can only motivate and inspire your team if they know what they are working towards.
At CleverBooks we are lucky to have a team of likeminded innovators who share company’s vision to impact the digital transformation in the K12 education sector and truly believe that we can make a difference. When each team member feels that their skills and knowledge contribute to the common larger goal the whole team dynamic changes. As a leader Darya’s goal is also to foster collaboration and clarity in communication within the team, offer opportunities for self-development, encourage learning, and support and encourage new ideas.
Q. How do you maintain a productive work culture at a company while motivating your employees?
By regularly setting clear and measurable goals that are framed by company’s vision to track progress and celebrating achievements. Supporting alignment and clear communication within the team fosters increased productivity as they feel motivated and valued.
Q. What are your future plans for the company? Where do you see the company in the years to come?
CleverBooks is on the journey to support the implementation of the Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027) outlined the European Commission and impact the digital transformation in the K12 education sector. We have a strategic vision, a concise plan and a strong team to revolutionize the EdTech Industry and enhance learning experiences in a new era of human-centered digital education through an interactive personalized approach.
We define students’ success by their ability to support themselves in this society and professional environment upon graduation. To see them flourish in the professional field they choose and be able to solve problems when they appear, whether in their career, families, or personal lives.
