He is a seasoned professional with over three decades of success in a variety of roles and organizations, including Technology, Service, Sales, Operations, and Human Resources. He has worked in a variety of top positions, including COO, Regional HR Head, and National Operation Head. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), with over 2,500 hours of leadership coaching experience. In August 2012, his research paper on coaching competencies was chosen and published at the Annual Coaching Conference. In January 2014, his interview was published in the ICF Newsletter.
Dr. Shrivastav has earned several certifications, including Fellow in Strategic OD, Strategy Consulting by IIM Bangalore, and Certification in Design Thinking from IIM, Ahmedabad. - Making Clients see the value we deliver – Development is a slow process. It requires consistent efforts and genuine commitment. Many a times, clients look for quick fix which may solve today’s problem but create a bigger one.
