Today, she oversees all business enabling functions, including admin, IT, travel, and PMO, though HR remains her primary focus.
Over the last 17 years, Dr. Singh has worked with the same group, experiencing a challenging yet rewarding journey. Evolving with the company has been a tremendous learning experience, and she values the shared progress through various ups and downs. Despite the many years, she feels there is still much to give and receive. However, Dr. Singh strives to follow the 30:40:30 rule: 30% for mental and physical health, 40% for work and community contribution, and 30% for self-development and family.
