In an interview with The Business Fame, Ashish Namdeo, Founder of EddyTools Tech Solutions discussed the company’s extensive Ed-tech services, its visions, and the view for the future of the sector.

Q. Tell us something about your company and its services.
EddyTools Tech Solutions is a technology company founded in 2020 with a focus on industry 4.0 technologies for SME and startup bootstrapping.
Our focus is on startups, entrepreneurs, and existing businesses who want to be in industry 4.0 which is a future need for digital transformation in all domains. We have divided our products and services into various levels.
- Academy: With rapidly changing technology it’s always a need to keep you updated; under academy, we aim to cover the knowledge and skill gap for the technology through webinars, workshops, and internship programs.
- App Development: Any business needs lots of tools and software for their operational needs. We provide custom development solutions for various areas, majorly focusing on automation, productivity, presence, SMM, or any other web applications.
- Consultancy: Those who are serious about future technology we provide them consultancy and bootstrapping support.
Q. Tell us something about the Founder/CEO, and how he/she deals with current problems related to the Startup world.
Ashish Namdeo, Founder of EddyTools Tech Solutions, (also Co-founder of other companies). I am an entrepreneur and passionate about technology having more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. I am passionate about bringing numerous ideas into reality with multiple Web Technologies and In the Technical Domain.
I have the vision to accept challenges and successfully aim to achieve (succeed) them. I have worked with various startups and renowned clients like Whizlabs, DigitalVidya, Kaplan Genesis, Nykaa, LidoLearning and Byju’s, IIT Delhi, ICICI Bank covering various industry domains including EdTech, E-commerce, Logistic, Media, Web and App development.
As I have worked with many startups in my career, many common problems faced by them are related to resources, infrastructure, limited budget, onboarding of skilled resources, market research, a clear-cut roadmap for the action steps. Consistency, Focus, and learning from failure and updating your process/strategy is the key for success.
Q. What is the present scenario of the Startup? How are you contributing to making it better?
We have divided our ( EddyTools Tech Solutions – industry 4.0 ) startup into 3 phases. Phase I was for setting up all the basic infrastructure in place for the smooth execution including tools and skill set. Lots of learning and development is done in this phase.
Phase-2 was for spreading awareness of the industry 4.0 technologies and getting into network building to get an idea of actual problems that we should focus on. (Academy, webinar, workshop, internship, training were the part of this phase)
Currently, we are on Phase-3 to give actual support in setting up and supporting SME and start-up businesses for the i4.0 technologies.
Q. What are the marketing strategies adopted by the company?
Here are the 3 basic steps we followed before jumping into the market.
- Authority– First is to build Authority for our services and products. There should be trust before anyone can opt for our service. We have focused on building Specialization and Authority for our services.
- Awareness and Adding Value– The second strategy is to spread awareness of technologies and teach them how they can be beneficial, what problems they can solve, and why we should adapt to them.
- Networking / SMM– The third strategy is to build a network through various media (SMM, personal contact, Campaign, etc.) The aim is to get an actual problem and create a solution for that.
Q. How do you portray the future of the company in the next decade?
In the next 10 years, we should be in a position to support and build new startups on Innovative Industry 4.0 Technology. Bootstrapping, Incubator, and Funding will be part of it.
