At now the aim is to build an EV charging network across PAN India, in nearest future,We are currently providing the service of EV charging, our main vision is to build a very good network across India so that EV Owners can plan their trip hassle-free Our revenue model is very straight and strong in terms of value proposition, prioritizing revenue source which is key to our complete business model. apart from the business model, we have very great ROI, Currently, we are a completely bootstrapped business not backed by investors or any other sources of funding We are starting our geographical expansion from Bangalore and soon we will be in all metros and all national highways by early 2022
4. What are the marketing strategies adopted by the company?
We are currently revolutionizing the EV charging network across PAN India. We have built amazing super-fast chargers. everything related to charging, from finding the nearby charging port, charging EV and till payment will be at the fingertips of our users through our futuristic Android and iOS apps, we have built a very sustainable business model, and we mainly concentrate on the better user experience
5. How do you portray the future of the company in the next decade?
We are currently debuting the charging service from Bangalore city. We are concentrating on public places like restaurants and malls so that users can spend time over there while charging their EV. Soon we are expanding our service in all Metro cities and all national highways like charging stations for every 100-200km range. our team is working hard to make this happen soon. we are planning to generate sustainable electric energy through the sources of the windmill and solar power plant and feed the EV’s with green energy and make the world a better place to live and one more major R&D we are working on the Battery swappable technology. so that users will not invest in the battery while buying the EV, we will invest upfront and set up the swappable battery bay area in our network, just swap the battery and enjoy the drive, this cuts the charging time for owners
6. What advice would you give to the upcoming entrepreneurs and professionals?
Starting a brand new company from scratch can seem next to impossible, Entrepreneurship is not for the faint hearted. If you are afraid of failure don’t even think of being an entrepreneur. Failing is part of the journey but with resilience Success is the end result. The best thing you can do is start building things right now. You need to learn the progression from conception and development to release and then iteration. One thing that I really struggled with was that as a founder, you don’t have a manager or a defined set of things to do. Instead of following a leader, you’re “wandering around in the desert” and figuring out what you should do and how to lead
your own team through the desert.
Advice: Measure yourself by the amount of experimentation you do, not necessarily the growth, in the early days when you’ve yet to find what works
