- Being a successful business leader, what difficulties and challenges do you face? What keeps you motivated?
I have learned to enjoy the long ride in what I can only describe as one of the most promising and sustainable industries there is—digital. Entrepreneurship is a bumpy road at times for sure, but a wonderful journey nevertheless. There’s a lot to love and learn. Finding the balance between perfection and progress. Managing business growth. Building the right team and the right community. Wearing multiple hats. Juggling work and family time. I look at challenges as enlightening lessons and opportunities to grow. Approaching challenges as insightful experiences and adapting is what defines success in the long run. I am an avid believer in digital as an empowering catalyst for positive change. So knowing that what I do makes a difference in people’s lives and businesses is a real motivator. Every day that I empower someone through my writings, my talks or a successful digital transformation is a fulfilling day—this keeps me going and drives me to continuously get better.Change is the one constant in our industry. So, I embrace it, keep abreast of the latest innovations and value resilience and agility in how I move forward.
- Describe the one aspect you possess which makes you unique?
Everyone has a unique story. Mine is one fueled by wanderlust. Moving boundaries. Discovering. Exploring. Both literally and figuratively. I am a rich and colorful combination of diverse cultures. I was born in The Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa, grew up in Belgium, have lived and worked in multiple locations across Europe, Australia, and Asia, and traveled the world over. My multi-cultural roots and international experience gave me a global perspective and fresh confidence. Comfort zones are comfortable, but they are often highly restricting, keeping us trapped in a limited definition of who we are and what we’re capable of; Which is why I keep challenging myself to go beyond. With travels, the walls around you expand, and your world gets bigger. You meet new people, face new ideas, and discover new ways of doing things. I believe that I owe my exciting career to the opportunities gleaned from my bold leaps into the unknown. Moving from Europe to Asia and back again. But no matter where I find myself, with digital, we now have instantaneous, unlimited access to the world. I love how digital breaks borders and barriers.
- Brief us about the vision for your company and its services?
We are digital natives, at home in the digital space. Our mission is simple: we help people and brands shine online and grow.

- How do you motivate your team to be innovative and productive at work?
We’re a diverse team from all sorts of backgrounds and parts of the globe. So we have embraced digital as a way of life — agile, fast-paced, and empowering. Our company culture is collaborative and supportive, vibrant, and rewarding. We trust and empower our international team to deliver outstanding work with the freedom and flexibility to choose where, when, and how they do it (thank you the internet and Google Suite). It is about goals accomplished, not hours clocked. We work by projects, not departments. We value honest feedback, reflection, and open communication to create a high-performing team. We provide a nurturing environment for our team to experiment, learn, and shine. Everyone has something interesting to bring to the table. We recognize and celebrate that. It’s important to pause and ponder, breathe it all in, and enjoy where we’re at.

I am an award-winning digital and media entrepreneur, luxury marketer, author, and international speaker. It’s an incredible feeling, to start from nothing and to reach for the moon. - Where do you envision yourself and your company in the near future?
Having achieved great success with our digital agency in Asia, we are now looking into expanding our services in the European market. There are also great opportunities for niche luxury brands and lifestyle startups to expand to international markets. We are the perfect bridge. Luxe Digital has also been growing exponentially with a global, sophisticated audience. We are now looking forward to building an all-encompassing destination for people to connect, discover new brands, and be inspired. I am constantly recalibrating, fine-tuning, expanding my businesses to offer increased value to my clients and the larger community. I’m always scanning for inspiration, and my head is always spinning with new ideas. Some of which will be tested and launched. I’m excited to see where it takes us. Bookmark this space.
- What is your advice to the budding and aspiring entrepreneurs?
In this digital age, we often forget that our lives aren’t always as picture-perfect as our social media feeds. Focus on your goals. Do the things you always talk about doing. Now. There is no such thing as the perfect time to start a new venture. Try again and again and yes, also fail occasionally, learn from it, and keep moving. To be successful now and in the future, you need to be an avid learner. Wake up curious and determined to be better every day. Dare, dream, and most importantly move boundaries.
