FosterJEE was founded by Mr. B.K. Behera and the Founder has keen interest in education sector. Mr. Behera, used to teach his children when they were kids. His children have grown and are now well established in society and settled abroad. Being from a smaller town in Odisha, he always wanted to give back to society. He always knew that mathematics and science are the key to the future as its required for technology, engineering, and IT to thrive. That’s the motivation which has led him to start this platform.
He is supported by his son Sandeep Behera and his friends from IITs who have supported him in giving all the required inputs. Sandeep is a Mechanical Engg from IIT KGP and MBA from IIM C, with 20 years of experience in Financial Services and retail industry. He is based out of UAE. He is assisting his father in setting up the e-learning platform and designing the courses.
Among his friends, Sudhansu Shekhar is a Mechanical Engg from IIT KGP and MBA from IIM B, with 20 years of experience in IT product and services. He is instrumental in designing the products for FosterJEE. He is based out of Atlanta, USA. Lalit Kumar is a Mechanical Engg from IIT KGP with 20 years of experience in IT product and services. He is helping in setting up the technology platform. Amiya Bisoi, is an Electronics Engineer with 20 years of experience in Information Security industry. He is helping in managing the operations.
