Hindavi means “of India”. Hindavi Technologies was started in 2009 with a core vision to tap the huge intellectual captial of India and provide technology solutions to global companies without compromising work ethics, delivery standards or innovation in technology. Over the last 14 years, Hindavi Technologies is at the forefront for providing IT Solutions and has executed over 1000+ projects for more than 300 clients globally.
Hindavi Technologies ventured into Product Development in 2015 with its flagship product Xporience – an Event Technology Platform for Exhibition and Conferences. The product is now the most sought after by Global Event Organizers in Dubai, Singapore, UK, Australia and Europe. Brief us about the CEO/Founder of the company?.
Rohan Karnataki is a first generation serial entreprenuer. He is an engineer (Computer Science) and a Management Graduate (MBA) from Australian National University (Canberra, AUS).
He has 20 years of rich business experience in various verticals and has a business portfolio in IT, Hospitality, Events, E-commerce, Agribusiness, Manufacturing and Social Entrepreneurship.
His ambition is to empower the employees to become intrapreneurs and grow the enterprise together. Rohan loves to collaborate with like-minded professionals and explore opportunities or ideas that solve real world problems.
In his free time, Rohan is an avid fitness enthusiast and loves trekking, playing badminton and do some new-tech farming. He also mentors startups and regularly undertakes workshops to guide new generation entrepreneurs.

With respect to your distinctive products and services, how have you helped bring positive developments in the same industry?
Hindavi Technologies has disrupted the Event-technology space by developing products and services that are at par with international standards in terms of robustness, security and reliability – at competitive costs.
What is the current same industry scenario from your perspective?
The current industry scenario is very competitive. All employees are seeking stability, security and a great work environment. Hindavi Technlogies offers all that and that is the reason the attrition rate is lowest compared to industry standards.
What makes your Company one of the most unique and best workplaces in India?
Hindavi Technologies has always believed in a very transparent, stressfree and open culture. Work-life balance is at the core culture at Hindavi Technologies and long working hours, stressful work environment, toxic co-workers etc are not in the dictionery.
Employees are given flexibility in terms of managing work and personal affairs. Team work is encouraged and everybody shares the credit for success. There is a central repository for challlenges/ issues which can be accessed by new employees to avoid mistakes. Senior employees are encouraged to mentor and guide new ones to settle in their roles.
What activities does your organization undertake for the overall development of employees?
Hindavi technologies organizes regular workshops to train employees with new trends in technology. All appraisals are linked to overall skill-growth and employees are encouraged to work on POC projects using new tech-stack. Employees are also asked to contribute by writing white papers, blogs and articles related to their skillsets and given access to premium content subscriptions and online workshops. A monthly outing is planned for the entire team for rejuvenation and team building and regular feedback is expected from every employee on company policies in place.
