Submission Review: Initially, all submissions for the Globex Business Summit & Awards are reviewed by the organizing committee to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria and submission guidelines.
1. Selection of Judges: A panel of judges is selected based on their expertise, knowledge, and experience in the relevant industry or field.
2. Judging Criteria: Clear criteria are established to evaluate the submissions. These criteria may include innovation, impact, sustainability, leadership, growth potential, and other relevant factors depending on the nature of the awards.
3. Scoring System: Judges may be provided with a scoring system or rubric to objectively evaluate each submission based on the established criteria.
4. Judging Process: Judges independently review and score each submission based on the provided criteria. They may have access to supporting materials such as PPT presentations, Profile in doc , videos, business plans, or other relevant documents submitted by the participants.
5. Deliberation: After the initial scoring, judges may come together for deliberation sessions to discuss the submissions, share insights, and resolve any discrepancies in the scores.
6. Final Selection: Based on the scores and deliberations, finalists or winners are selected for each category or award.
