In an interview with The Business Fame, Katherine Colombino, the CEO at Software & Services Consulting SRL has shared some insightful answers highlighting the influences made by his firm, service offerings, an expert consultant in Sales, Implementation, Development, Training, and Support of SAP systems.
- Being a successful business leader, what difficulties and challenges do you face?
The world’s greatest Leaders have always remained focused on their goals and have been constantly putting their efforts to make it successful”. “Incredible things can happen if you never give up! Sometimes we give up due to the lack of self-confidence for some reason as we enter on our journey.””The limitations in life are not given by your physical or by the situation itself, they are given by you, if your mind changes, your world too”She added it doesn’t matter how your limitations are; cling to bright vision; learn and try to explore new things. Get up! Because it’s now or never!!This the vision of life has a lot to do with my physical limitation, which always makes everything difficult for me, studying, working, having friends. Time and so much effort made me stronger and braver. - What keeps you motivated?
There may not be a perfect the amalgamation of ingredients that can assure success, but there are some rudimentary steps you can follow that can improve your chances of being successful in life, work, relationship, or whatever important to you. God, my family, my work, and my confidence over his decisions and guidance makes me motivated about the future. - Describe the one aspect you possess which makes you unique?
It is difficult to say that. But I think my bravery made a difference when I had to start a new life, full of insecurities and challenges. - Brief us about the vision of the company and its services.?
I have started the company Software and Services Consulting SRL, with a clear objective and is putting all its efforts towards a sole focus: Customer satisfaction. Today, SSC accomplished more than 100 successful implementations with highly skilled professionals who hold more than two decades of experience of leading the most challenging projects in the country. SSC became one of the most important partners in Paraguay of SAP Business One Systems. - How do you motivate your team to be innovative and productive at work?

Nowadays, I am the CEO of SSC – Software & Services Consulting SRL. An expert consultant in Sales, Implementation, Development, Training and Support of SAP systems.I Have a degree in Systems Analysis, Post-degrees in University Didactics and English Teaching Staff.
With extensive experience in the area of management of Work Teams, I held various positions of Headquarters for more than two decades. Before the opening of SSC SRL, for 4 years, I was in charge of the Business Unit of SAP Business One in another Paraguayan partner of SAP and an IT company with an exemplary track record in the national market and with more than 20 consultants in different areas. I am also an SAP Certified Consultant “FI” and “MM”.I develop MKT plans, sales, and personnel motivation policies among others within the unit and contributed progress towards the project goal.Prior to that, I acquire an interesting background of knowledge of various business areas, in which I bestowed all my knowledge, attitude, and commitment to work and compliance of goals. - Where do you envision yourself and your company in the near future?
These days, when the “CoronaVirus” pandemic has wreaked havoc on the population, leaving thousands of companies bankrupt, many people dead in highly advanced countries compared to ours, Paraguay, our small country in South America. We are fighting every day to get ahead.”“Our company SSC will be present in the future, even if it seems like a play on words.”“The vision of our company allows us to recognize that we exist thanks to our collaborators and clients.”We will not stop fighting to stay on our feet and work, helping them when they need it and contributing to our country when they ask us to. - What is your advice to the budding and aspiring entrepreneurs?
I am finishing, a written material as one of my legacies, my personal and professional life story of overcoming obstacles and challenges that my destiny put on my way, which was the result of my decisions. The book “LA VELA” – “THE CANDLE” reflects the reality of my story rich in anecdotes, in knowledge, in teachings, even in boldness and danger. Soon you will have it in bookstores and on the web. This material could be very useful for entrepreneurs, and younger people.
