Tactical Rehabilitation
Tactical Rehabilitation is a comprehensive DME company that aims to cater to all divisions of the US military. With over 100,000 patients served by Tactical Rehabilitation through 2023, Tactical Rehabilitation has been expanding our offerings and services across the globe. Our expertise revolves around facilitating patient recovery through an array of solutions such as Bio-Mechanical, Musculo-Skeletal, Non-Pharmaceutical Pain Relief, and Para-Somnia solutions, among many others.
Founded in 2013, by Tactical Rehabilitation’s now Chairman of the Board, David Marr, the company comprises a team of devoted, trained, licensed, and certified professionals committed to enhancing the lives of the United States Military’s active and retired service members and their families, whom we regard as the world’s greatest heroes.
Tactical Rehabilitation’s “Battle-Tested” solutions strive to deliver the finest quality products and the highest level of service to active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. Its products have been used by service members deployed worldwide to maintain maximum “Service Ready” levels.
Offering Advanced Biomechanical and Pain Management Solutions
Tactical Rehabilitation is a provider for the Department of Defense and TriCare systems, committed to delivering exceptional products, services, solutions, and patient care in the fields of non-pharmaceutical biomechanical and pain management solutions to active-duty soldiers, their families, and retirees. To cater to the unique demands of each base, Tactical Rehabilitation offers a variety of customized options.
One such option is Sole Supports’ world-class orthotics, which are exclusively available to US military personnel through Tactical Rehabilitation. Sole Supports is a US-based design and manufacturing firm that has transformed Dr. Ed Glaser’s Mass Posture theory into reality with its weight-calibrated and multi-use orthotics, promoting healing. This marks a significant advancement in orthotics technology as previous treatments merely slowed the deterioration of a patient’s condition, falling short of complete healing. Tactical Rehabilitation partners with companies like Sole Supports to focus on actual rehabilitation, ensuring the best outcomes for their patients.
Overcoming Healthcare Industry Challenges to Deliver 5-Star Services
Kevin says it can be intimidatying for any company to venture into the healthcare industry, given the regulations, bureaucracy, policies, insurance procedures, and inspections. However, David Marr, the founder and Chairman of the Board of Tactical Rehabilitation, had prior experience in the private sector and desired to bring more value and improved services to the healthcare sector, particularly in the military. Recognizing that military personnel were receiving substandard solutions and products; David made it his mission to rectify the situation.
To overcome the typical startup challenges, David formed partnerships and employed retired military personnel to ensure that Tactical Rehabilitation understood the need and desire for better healthcare and service. As a result, the company aimed to provide “5-star” service in every opportunity, which proved successful. Since then, Tactical Rehabilitation has grown and expanded nationally and internationally.
Emphasizing on the Importance of Collaboration and Teamwork
Kevin places great value on people and enjoys listening to their perspectives, ideas, and needs. Throughout his professional career, he has worked with executive coaches and mentors who have taught him the importance of building a team with a diverse range of views and expertise. He believes in promoting open communication and constructive debate to adapt to changing market conditions and to meet the long-term needs of the company and its customers.
While Kevin recognizes the importance of being decisive and making timely decisions, he believes in using common sense and logic to ensure that everyone understands the reasoning behind those decisions. He acknowledges that plans may need to be adjusted along the way, but emphasizes the need to keep moving forward and making progress towards the company’s goals. Kevin understands that it’s impossible to please everyone all the time, but believes that by prioritizing the needs of the company and its customers, success and growth can be achieved for generations to come.

With a focus on innovation and excellence, Tactical Rehabilitation is dedicated to providing the best possible care to patients.
