Kiara’s most memorable experience was when she suffered a catastrophic brain injury. It was a watershed moment in her life. She took advantage of the circumstances to improve her life. She made a pledge to herself that if she survived, she would continue to devote her life to others.
Since then, Kiara has been conducting business for reasons other than profit. At the same time, she also has a heart for transforming the lives of the people around her in a positive way.
Kiara’s memorable moments also include marrying her husband, Julius Streater, and raising their lovely children. Her family has helped her survive every challenge that comes her way. She is not only a business woman. She is also a loving mother and wife.

While advising emerging entrepreneurs, Kiara states, “Be passionate about your work or business. Do not do something just because others are doing it. Instead, focus on understanding your interests and passion. Make an effort to go after your dreams. Remember that you have the power to transform your life with one single decision.”
Kiara discusses her personal experiences, stating that the life of an entrepreneur is not easy. It’s an exhilarating ride. She explains that there will be times when everything will fall into place for you. However, things might become confusing or unpleasant on occasion. Remember that your mentality changes everything, no matter what scenario you’re in. Maintain an optimistic attitude. Train your mind to let go of self-limiting beliefs and doubts.

Kiara employees at her company inspire her to do better each day. She makes sure that she continues to become an effective and efficient leader so that she can take care of her employees well. She asserts, “I know that the success of my business equates to their individual success as well. At the same time, I also draw inspiration from my family. I am doing all the best that I can for my family. I want them to be proud of me.”
Kiara aspires to be able to assist more individuals in achieving their goals. As previously said, she was always eager to make a difference in the lives of others around her. She hopes to do this through the several enterprises she has established. At the same time, Kiara aims to expand her network so that she may connect with others who share her desire to change the world for the better, one day at a time. She also wants to expand Extraordinary Headhunters LLC. Currently, the firm has a worldwide clientele, and she hopes to expand the number of consumers it serves abroad in the future years.
