Jason White’s journey to becoming the CEO of KitelyTech began more than 20 years ago, when he started working as an electrician for a family-owned construction company in Detroit, Michigan. Over time, he gained expertise in the field and earned over 10 accreditations as an electrician.
Despite his success in the family business, Jason had bigger ambitions and decided to strike out on his own. In 2009, he launched his first company, but it wasn’t without its challenges. Along the way, he encountered numerous people who were confused and frustrated with the development companies they had hired.
Jason’s frustration came to a head when he hired a development company with an inappropriate work environment, delayed launches, and an inefficient project management process. The unskilled team members lacked the technical know-how to complete the project, which only added to Jason’s frustration.
Determined to create a better solution for people struggling to find reliable development teams, Jason founded KitelyTech in 2009. His goal was to provide high-quality services to customers and help them achieve their business goals without having to worry about the technical aspects of their projects.
