Koheli Puri is the Founder and Managing Director of Studio XP Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. And has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate and project management sector. She started her journey from a reputed corporate firm where she had the opportunity to expand her knowledge, and where she also learned the operational and the functional know-hows of the real-estate industry. After that, she then joined a development firm which was primarily people oriented. With the work experience in both the firms, Koheli had gathered a refined knowledge of the industry under her wings. She then set out to start her own venture with an aim to strike a perfect balance between people and the processes.

During the initial phase of her career, Koheli admits that she had come across a few incidences where she faced gender bias. Confident about her knowledge and skills, she refused to fall prey to those petty issues. She knew from deep within that women are more sincere, responsible and make multi-dynamic employees. As of today in the corporate world, the gender bias is diminished and performance based assessment is done. Moreover, the attitude of the men in the society has changed drastically in accordance with the western world.
