Dr. Masood Ikram , graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and is also an MBA graduate with 12 years of experiences in healthcare. He brings in the requisite domain knowledge to meticulously understand the problems faced by the modern healthcare industry. As a clinician, he figures out the pain points of any practicing doctor and in turn can offer a wide range of solutions.
On the other hand, he developed a keen interest in entrepreneurship. He has successfully Co-founded TechMed Healthcare which has been a pioneering organization in the field of Hospital Laboratory Management [HLM], the country’s first of its kind. With full operations starting in full-swing from the beginning of 2009, and from a single entity then, it has now grown to serve more than 80 healthcare institutions in 15 cities, spread across 3 States of the country – Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Odisha.
Throughout with the experience as a healthcare administrator, he understands hassles faced by the patients, right from outpatient. Most people start investing only when they are in their 40’s, especially doctors. But Dr. Masood didn’t have to wait for so long as he had found his calling. So he bid farewell to medicine! But he still says that
“I’ve not left medicine, it is my first love, I just don’t practice it.”
