As CEO and director, Mr. Vazirani is in charge of new business strategy, digital innovation and application, employee engagement, and resource management. Mr. Ansari leads overall operations and business process efficiency, vendor and partner management, and company development through category building as COO and Director. They’ve succeeded in ensuring that the brand is well-known and on a steady upward trajectory. Furthermore, as a developing organisation, they are focused on attaining commercial development while focusing on two essential aspects: green supply chains and building an ethical, empathic, and empowered work culture.

Kindly talk about the exclusive products or services offered by the company, How does it distinguish you from your competitors?
RGL is an end-to-end logistics and supply chain service provider with a focus on customised services for our clients. Our specialities include customised storage solutions for both regular as well as temperature-controlled warehousing solutions, in-factory management of storage facilities, cold supply chains, kitting, J-I-T, transportation and customs clearance, as well as specialised services for manufacturing and pharma. Over the years, we have been known to work with clients as partners and have a proven track record of improving operational and financial efficiencies. With an approach to creating value and driving sustainable growth while implementing green practices, RGL has been able to create long term client partnerships that are based on trust and a consistent focus on creating value through ethical business practices.
Could you please share your noted milestones and accomplishments throughout your journey so far, along with company highlights and achievements under your leadership.
Doubling our warehouse capacity from 3,00,000 sq. ft. to 6,00,000 sq. ft. in just a matter of 18 months, has so far been a notable milestone in our journey so far. Internally, as a company, we have managed to transform the team culture such that each employee is now a partner in our growth and is equally invested. This has led to a renewed enthusiasm, and an ownership approach to their tasks, bringing new energy to the company. Through consistent and positive employee engagement, we have managed to achieve this renewed shift in the employee thought process in spite of the pandemic.
Please share the most memorable and remarkable moment of your life.
The conviction in growing and developing a company based on culture, transparency, and ethics starts paying off after not wavering from the core, and having seen the team culture and attitude shift is more of an ongoing phenomenon rather than just a remarkable moment in my life.
Where do you see yourself and the company in the future? Or, what is your goal to mark its uniqueness in the future?
Currently, we are among the top 50 B2B logistic service providers in the country and have a storage capacity of 600,000 square feet. Our vision for the company is to be among the top 10 Indian B2B logistic service providers in the country, and to expand our warehousing capacity to 2 million sq. ft. over the next 3 years and set up our own transportation division.
What is your advice for the entrepreneurs who are trying to embark on the same field?
As an entrepreneur with a customer centric approach, I would advise budding entrepreneurs to be more attentive and listen to their customers. One will be able to learn a lot from their experience and method of working, but at the same time, if the conviction is strong, follow your gut instinct.
What is the one thing that is acting as your motivational tool? Or, who is your role model, and how does that person inspire and motivate you?
My father has been my role model and my inspiration during my formative years because of his sheer commitment to ethical business practices. He imbibed the same values of integrity and a value driven, ethical approach in all our interactions, for both personal and professional interactions, with my sister and me, and that is something that we continue to strive towards, every single day.
