About the Leader
Mr. Rubal Jain is the Managing Director of Safexpress Pvt. Ltd., India’s largest logistics and Supply Chain Company, with offices in 726 cities and coverage of all 31187 pincodes in the country. Since 2006, he has been an active member of the group. He has brought technology revolution within the organization, leading Safexpress towards the digital era. Mr. Rubal has spent the last 16 years in focusing on growing Safexpress to become India’s largest logistics network and an established brand to reckon with.
He has completed his Bachelor of Science in Operations Research from Columbia University, New York and his MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
He is now on the Advisory Board of Columbia University’s Global Centres, Mumbai. He has also served on the board of the Delhi chapter of Entrepreneur’s Organization and is an active member in many forums including YPO, EO, CII and EICI. Apart from many awards and accolades for his distinguish contribution in the industry, he has been honoured with ‘ET under 40 awards’ in 2018, in Feb. 2021 ‘World Leadership Congress & Awards 2021’ honoured him with the ‘Business Leader Of The Year’ Award and recently, he was honoured with the ‘Supply Chain Professional Of The Year’ award in October 2021 for excellence and leadership in logistics in ‘The Business Leadership Awards 2021’.
Mr. Rubal Jain has established excellent capital finance strategies and brought a wealth of expertise in managing large-scale corporate initiatives to the table. He has launched a number of new company ventures. C2C Retail (which caters to the needs of customers sending items for non-business purposes) and Safeducate (catering to skill training in supply chain management) are two such examples.

Mr. Rubal Jain has been participating in corporate social responsibility initiatives by sponsoring NGOs and via Safeducate, a supply chain training institution. Setting up this pioneer institute, which is not only giving vocational training to India’s jobless youth, but also filling the industry’s talent shortage, was a component of his multi-pronged strategy. The institute’s experienced and bright graduates are quickly absorbed into various positions by reputable firms in the logistics sector.
