She is also a Life and Personal Leadership coach that helps professionals that feel stagnating in their lives to achieve their dreams by overcoming their doubts and fears and finding their passion and purpose either in their careers or in their entrepreneurial journey.

What makes her stand out is marrying her education specially “neuroscience and psychiatry” with her life unique experiences being a third-culture child and an expat most of her life living in seven different countries and speaking five languages (English, French, Arabic, Spanish, and Hebrew)
She believes the only way to solve deep issues like Unconscious Bias, Stereotypes, and discrimination is to look for the roots of the problem on how brain works and increase self-awareness into the people, so they realize why they do what they do, to start to change. She believes that “you cannot change what you do not acknowledge”.
Most of her work is based on self-awareness rooted in Emotional Intelligence one of the main leadership principles.
She uses her voice for those who do not have one she is an avid advocate for women and was nominated a woman advocate in 2018.

Her most memorable and cherished milestone and moment in her life is the 21st wedding anniversary reached on March 21st of 2021
On a professional level the most memorable moments where when she was named a national authority on diversity and inclusion in the workplace by the LA Business Journal in 2018
The next memorable moment was when her business entrepreneurial coaching programs received congressional recognition in 2018
The next one being voted one of the 20 Most Successful Businesswoman in 2020 to Watch For.
The final one being nominated for the 2021 diversity and inclusion awards for businesses recognizing the work myself and my company undertake at the different organizations and workplaces.

She sees her company already extending nationally but also internationally to share the message of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and acceptance all over the globe where we can start building bridges and where we can start conversations with no judgment in a safe environment

For “Sahar Consulting, LLC” her motivation is the impact that she can have on people changing their way of thinking about others that are different making them stop and rethink how they can treat other people that are different, bringing it to their consciousness to become self-aware; helping them rewire their brain bringing better interpersonal relationships in the workplace and in their personal life
For her coaching business “Reinvent Yourself to Greatness” her motivation is helping professionals that feel derailed from achieving their goals, finding their gift, their inner calling that achieves satisfaction and happiness in their life, helping them finding their “AHA” moment to turn around their life making it more fulfilling – that is what she does every single day and that is what gets her out of bed in a happy and grateful moment every single morning.
“Everything happens for a good reason even if we do not see it as this at the time. Believe in yourself root yourself in your authenticity, be vulnerable and resilient but never waver from the truth.”
Her Advice to the Newbies-
“The advice that I give younger women is to be a servant and inclusive leader being genuine and truthful to themselves and to others; to stand in their own truth to lead despite of their fear, to stand up for what is right and what just and not what is popular no matter how difficult it is
It is OK to be vulnerable. Your vulnerability is part of your self-confidence.”
