Ananya is a certified Brain-Based Coach with over 15 years of experience in organisational development through impactful workshops that focus on developing strong and inspiring leaders and teams, emotional intelligence, behavioural competencies, oral and written business communication skills, and so on.
She is certified by MIT Sloan School of Management in driving organisational change and also carries certifications in Emotional Intelligence, psychometric tests and is a DiSC Consultants.
Kannan Arumugam is the Principal Consultants and Learning and Development Strategist at Training Ladder. He contributes his expertise in OD consulting and learning facilitation. Kannan’s interest in applied psychology has enabled him to contribute to the customization of learning solutions and coaching. His business expertise has inspired the corporation to place a strong emphasis on creating customer value.
Kannan has 16 years of experience in training and development and is skilled in learning and organisational development, performance development, psychometric assessments, training design and evaluation, instructional design based on job elements analysis and performance needs, and training workshop delivery.
He is a Certified Psychometric Testing Professional and he is also certified in Learning and Development.
